It takes courage and strength to ask for help.
We each travel unique journeys that are influenced by our personal lived experiences, but life has many twists and turns and sometimes it is hard to find our way alone. Whether you are facing obstacles in your relationships or questioning who you are, I am here to travel with you on your journey in a nonjudgmental, safe environment. Together we will develop goals that address your specific needs and work collaboratively to help you navigate the challenges you are facing.
I utilize a holistic, integrative, and trauma-informed approach that focuses on connection between the mind, body, and spirit. I have also received my Advanced Trauma Treatment - Level 1 Certificate from The Ferentz Institute in 2024. I am experienced working with adults, and I work with a limited number of couples at a time in order to provide quality care. Additionally, I have supported clients with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, gender & sexual identity, stress management, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and life transitions.
It takes courage and strength to ask for help. Therapy is a tool for learning about yourself! It provides the opportunity to identify and leverage your strengths, establish healthier thoughts and behaviors, and improve relationships with yourself and others. When you are ready, please contact me. I am ready to work with you and honored to help!
