It takes courage and strength to ask for help.
We each travel our own unique journeys that are influenced by personal lived experiences, but life has many twists and turns and sometimes it's hard to find our way alone. Whether you are facing obstacles in your relationships or questioning who you are, I am here to travel with you on your journey in a nonjudgmental, safe environment. I enjoy working with adults who need help navigating anxiety, relational trauma, gender & sexual identity, relationship issues, and life transitions.
At the center of it all, I consider myself person-centered and trauma-informed. This means the therapeutic relationship I develop with you is at the core of our work together, and I utilize a variety of techniques to help you feel safe and grounded in your journey ahead.
It takes courage and strength to ask for help. Therapy is a tool for learning about yourself. It provides the opportunity to identify and leverage your strengths, establish healthier thoughts and behaviors, and improve relationships with yourself and others. When you are ready, please contact me. I am ready to work with you and honored to help!
